0Cr18SiAl is a kind of ferritic stainless steel with high silicon and high aluminum. The main product form is seamless tube.Compared with the 18-8 type austenitic stainless steel pipe, it has excellent stress corrosion crack resistance. Alloy principle：
0Cr18SiAl adds high silicon and high aluminum elements to the Cr18 type ferritic stainless steel, which improves the high temperature oxidation resistance of the steel, and has a good corrosion resistance in the environment of chloride ion, sulfur and hydrogen sulfide.The trace element titanium (niobium) is added to refine the grain of steel.Due to the content of silicon and aluminum in steel, it is very difficult for the pipe making process. In order to solve this problem, a method of temperature control processing [TJC STEEL]seamless steel tube is adopted.
